Kinloch Lodge is a top-notch complex creatively designed to inspire its residents. The clever floor plans maximise space and the study and social areas are bright, playful and fun.
Kinloch Lodge is the closest located of all on-campus accommodation to the city centre and it’s still only a five-minute walk from the heart of ANU’s campus. Public transport, shops, banks and food options are all at your door.
Opened in January 2010, Kinloch offers a range of student apartments from single studios to six bedroom multi-share apartments, all with kitchens and study desks. The creative designs are focused on maximising space and harmony. Many apartments include balconies for fresh air and entertainment with large open plan living rooms which allow for spacious lifestyles and room to move. Student living doesn’t mean living in a box anymore. Experience the future of student living!

Warrumbul Lodge, Kinloch Lodge, Davey Lodge and Lena Karmel Lodge offer convenient access to public transport and are centrally located on campus, with solid well-maintained pathways. These residences offer accessible rooms to cater to various needs, with the flexibility to accommodate specific requirements upon request. All common rooms and courtyards are designed to be accessible. It's important to be aware that while the residences benefit from their city-proximate location and nearby shops, city sounds and noises from the retail area below might be apparent. Disable parking is available at Lena Karmel, Warrumbul and Davey lodge.
