Overview
Packard Wing was completed in 2004 and houses mainly later-year undergraduates and postgraduate students. It provides 66 single rooms and 12 double rooms for couples. There are studios with individual kitchens and bathrooms for graduate and later year undergraduate students.
Residents of Packard Wing are able to join in on the Bruce Hall, main wing activities and events. The postraduate students are an inclusive community who offer support to later-year undergraduate residing there.
Packard Wing is a short walk away from the heart of Kambri and has the beauty of Black Mountain and the Botanical Gardens as a neighbour. Residents call it their home away from home, and enjoy the proximity and the vibrancy and all that life on campus has to offer.
- Named in honour of Bill Packard OAM, the founding Warden of Bruce Hall (1961-1986)
- Bill was instrumental in shaping the Hall's culture

Bruce Hall (Packard Wing) is an older building in a convenient location with disabled parking spaces available nearby. We have wide corridors, clear signage, colour-contrasting decor and rooms available for accessibility needs. Each floor can be accessed via lift and there are several common areas and study areas available. Packard wing is self-catered, with each studio having it's own kitchenette and bathroom.
